  5. Notes for 512K users:

  8. 1) The manual states on page 1 (Getting Started) that the memory
  9.    requirement for Desktop Budget is 1 Megabyte.  This is incorrect,
  10.    and should read "A minimum of 512K of memory is required."
  11.  
  12. 2) To display/print graphs, 1 Megabyte is required (if you upgrade your
  13.    system to 1 Megabyte or more graphs will automatically be enabled).

  15. Notes for 512K PAL users:

  17. 1) To save memory in 512K, Desktop Budget will NOT open to PAL resolution.
  18.    Instead, it will open to NTSC resolution (640 x 200 instead of
  19.    640 x 256).

  21. General Notes:

  23. 1) Desktop Budget is shipped on a WorkBench 1.3 disk.
  24.  
  25.    If you do not have the 1.3 enhancer kit installed on your system
  26.    (see your Amiga dealer for more information) this is NOT a problem.
  27.    The program will operate correctly under 1.2.  However, if you wish
  28.    to print graphs, boot using your 1.2 WorkBench disk and THEN run
  29.    Desktop Budget.

  31.    If you DO have the 1.3 upgrade, you will have to copy the printer
  32.    driver specific to your printer from your WorkBench 1.3 Extras disk
  33.    to your Desktop Budget disk (see your Amiga reference manuals or your
  34.    dealer for more information on printer drivers).
